Parent Consultation bookings have now ended for this term. We will announce the date of the next parent consultation in due course.
Parent consultations booked through this form will be held on Friday 6th November 2026 unless stated otherwise. Most class bookings will need to be made through this page. If a class is booking using another method it will be stated as such and instructions on how to book an appointment will be provided.
To book an appointment select the class your child is in, if the class is booking electronically, select a date (if multiple days are available) and a time and then fill in the relevant details in the boxes provided. When you submit your request you will receive a confirmation email.
If your child’s class asks you to approach the class teacher for an appointment, please speak to them and they will arrange a time with you directly.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes please check your junk\spam email folder.
If your child has an EHCP and they attend the Advanced Care and Education class, we request that you make two separate 10-minute appointments:
- Appointment No 1 with the ACE Class Leader for 10 minutes
- Appointment No 2 with Home Class Leader for 10 minutes.
- Mr Jahedi (SENDCo) will endeavour to attend as many meetings alongside the class leader as possible.

If your child is in RHu please approach Ms Hussain who will be organising your times.
If your child is in RMi please approach Ms Miah who will be organising your times.
If your child is in RBe please approach Ms Begum who will be organising your times.
If your child is in RYa please approach Ms Yasmin who will be organising your times.
If your child is in 2Ra please approach Mr Rahman who will be organising your times.
If your child is in 4Kh please approach Ms Khanom who will be organising your times.
If your child is in 4Ah please approach Ms Ahmed who will be organising your times.
If your child is in 4Sa please approach Ms Sath who will be organising your times.
If your child is in 4Sh please approach Ms Shanker who will be organising your times.
5MK will be hosting appointments on two evenings. You can choose either Wednesday 4th October or Friday 6th October.
